I grew up in Hong Kong and have been living in U.K. for 50 years. After retiring 13 years ago from nursing, I worked as a volunteer at Maggie’s Centre in Cheltenham. For the last four years I have been volunteering with the Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Fundraising Team. I visited Charlton King’s WI as a guest in October 2015 after being influenced by my late mother-in-law who was a member of the Leckhampton WI. I have been a member and part of the committee of Charlton King’s WI since January 2016. Our small group has been making blankets, hats and bootees for the Delivery Suites at the Gloucester Royal Hospital.

I have always had an interest in photography and feel fortunate to live in an area surrounded by so many natural beauty, wildlife and landscapes. As well as being the Federation Photographer, and Trustee, I am also a member of the Home, Craft and Gardens Committee. I enjoy meeting other members at the local events and workshops.
