What’s On

Lots of activities are organised by GFWI for members, including craft workshops, literary teas, walks, holidays, sports activities, concerts, fabric sales, and training for committee members. GFWI also coordinates volunteers providing catering for visitors to the Three Counties Show in Malvern. Many events and visits are open to non-members. However, our 3,500+ Gloucestershire WI members will always be our priority.

One of the founding objectives of the WI has been education for women, and this is continued in the 21st century with the online learning platform VIA, providing online training for members and non-members on topics from creative crafts to well-being and personal development: interactive live sessions led by expert tutors, themed series and seasonal workshops, plus on demand listings and recordings to catch up at your convenience.  There is a charge for courses, although most are free for WI members. Click here for upcoming courses.
