Coronation Competition

Three Counties Show 16th – 18th June 2023.

Task: design and make a 3D representation of a table laid ready for a coronation high tea for up to four members.

• Maximum size 3 feet square and 3 feet high.
• You can model the items in any craft or materials you like, for example knitting, crochet, fabric, paper, wood, wire, painting etc.
• Up to three ancillary items, not made by members, such as a cake stand etc. may be used.
• We anticipate this will be a collaboration of your institute members.

Entry is free.

Photographs and detailed design notes (colours, crafts and materials) of the completed table setting to be submitted by May 15th to WI House. Three impartial judges will decide the winner and the next two places. We will display the winning entry at the Royal Three Counties Show so do not dismantle your entry. There will be a prize of £50 for the winner.
