Stop Violence Against Women

Violence against women and girls is a global issue that affects families, communities, and future generations.  Join us for an important discussion focused on awareness, prevention, and action.  Together, we can speak up, support survivors, and work toward safer futures.  These talks will be led by GDASS (Gloucestershire Domestic Abuse Support Service) and GRASAC (Gloucestershire Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre) and will discuss practical ways we can create safer, more supportive environments for women and girls.  Light refreshments will be available for a small charge.  As before, if members wish to donate personal hygiene items, a box for donations to the Stroud Women’s Refuge will be available. 

Cost £5 of which a substantial donation will be made to Gloucester charities supporting women who have experienced violence.
